At All Carpet Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase; if your handcrafted bag isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused bag in its original protective dust cover and packaging to ensure the tapestry fabric remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
